Sustainable Wine Tasting at Fotografiska
Welcome to a new kind of tasting experience – where sustainability, sensory exploration, and storytelling come together in the glass.
We explore how the five basic tastes – salty, sour, sweet, bitter, and umami – interact with climate-smart wines, often upcycled and always sustainably sourced. It’s about the full experience. About sparking curiosity, sharpening the senses, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome – no matter their level of knowledge.
Join us on a sensory journey where stories and flavors blend into a full experience for all the senses. The tasting includes carefully selected pairings – such as apple core compote, quince juice, and Swedish tomatoes – all matched with the same sustainable mindset as the wines in your glass.
The wine tasting can be tailored to different themes, levels of complexity, and preferences – with flexibility to adjust the wine selection accordingly.
This activity suits groups from 8 to 100 guests, lasts around 90 minutes, and can easily be enhanced with nibbles or a dinner for an even richer experience.
Available in Swedish, English, or German.
The Final Exposure – an interactive mystery at Fotografiska
During an opening night at Fotografiska, a well-known media figure is found dead—posed as if part of a carefully staged photograph. Someone has turned death into art, and you’re right in the middle of the frame.
As unlikely detectives, you’ll need to follow the clues through the galleries, read between the lines of the exhibitions, and unravel the truths hidden in witness accounts. All signs point to one chilling conclusion: this murder was more than an act—it was a message.
What is the killer trying to say? And can you see the full picture before time runs out?
You have one hour. After that, it’s too late.
