Enriching experiences that create a unique setting for your event
GUIDED TOUR OF OUR EXHIBITIONS
Being part of a guided tour is a special experience, whether it makes you relax or makes your heart beat faster. A guided tour adds dimensions to your experience, and a strong sense of presence - both your own and of the photographer’s works you are viewing. Every person has their own interpretation, every image speaks its own language, and this makes your visit with us last long after you left our exhibition halls. We offer tailored tours for companies and groups. For larger groups we offer the possibility of a shorter presentation of our exhibitions.
- Length: 45 minutes (or approximately 15–20 minutes presentation for larger groups)
- Language: Swedish or English
FOTOGRAFISKA WITH ALL YOUR SENSES
A cultural experience beyond the ordinary. An experience guide leads you through Fotografiska and the current exhibitions. Between exhibitions, the participants partake in different “rituals”. We dare to promise a journey for all senses that helps the participants gain new insights, and leave with lasting memories.
- Language: Swedish or English
The activity is held in cooperation with Fotografiska’s partner, the meeting and communications agency, Herr Omar.
FIKATHON – A HYBRID BETWEEN COFFEE BREAK AND WORKSHOP
A session where work and everyday luxury meet, and where participants get the opportunity to share knowledge and experience with each other in a delightful way.
The participants are divided into groups and seated at tables set with a exquisite “beyond waste fika”, including pastries, coffee and tea. The fika is sustainable, climate smart, and made with a love of produce, the visitors, and our planet.
On the tables we have also provided materials for bringing about conversation through a parlor game, alongside fika. During the game, the participants share and discuss current trends, examples, and statements connected to a set theme.
The activity can also be combined with breakfast or “after work”, as described below.
- Beyond-waste fika with coffee/tea
3–4 pieces per person. Selection varies, but can e.g. include our 200% cinnamon bun, a “waste” punch-roll and coffee-candy, or cookies baked from left-over flour. - No-waste breakfast
Includes coffee/tea and juice from Rscued, open faced sandwich with seasonal toppings, and yoghurt with home-made granola and “rescued” compote. - Circular AW
Includes 2 units of Fotografiska’s Echo-beer, made from left-over bread, our home-made kombucha or a refreshing tonic, along with 3 nibbles, that are made according to what produce is best in flavor and quality for the season. Please let us know your preferences, and we’d be happy to provide you with more suggestions!
Theme options for the game:
- The future of the office is the office as a place to meet
- What to do when motivation runs low?
- Good conversations need good listeners
- Ways to rescue food and get left-over-smart
- Sustainability work beyond recycling and turning off the lights
The games above have already been developed. You can also pick your own theme and have a game made around that, uniquely for you.
The activity is held in cooperation with Fotografiska’s partner, the meeting and communications agency, Herr Omar.
