Artist Talk with Bruce Gilden

Welcome to an exclusive opportunity to hear the legendary Bruce Gilden in an engaging conversation with Greger Ulf Nilsson.

Join us on Sunday, January 26th, for an inspiring artist talk with the legendary street photographer Bruce Gilden. In conversation with art director/designer and photo book collector Greger Ulf Nilsson, Gilden will share stories and insights from his extraordinary career. Don’t miss this chance to hear from one of the most influential voices in photography today!

Right now, his first Swedish solo exhibition, Why These?, is on display at Fotografiska Stockholm, presenting works from 1979 to the present. The show includes both well-known black and white images, and some of his most recent and striking portraits in color never displayed before.

A Magnum photographer since 1998, Bruce Gilden has walked the streets of countless large cities. His photographs often taken with flash are characterized by their real and raw nature, and he always keeps the individuals being portrayed close to his heart.
