A front-row seat to watch the chefs prepare your food. This is a unique opportunity to see how our kitchen works and witness the entire process from chopping board to presentation. Getting up close to the chefs and being able to ask all sorts of questions and thoughts is a dream come true for every passionate food enthusiast!

About the chefs

The chefs for the evening are Cristophe Buchet and Fredrik Darnelius. Chef Christophe Buchet has extensive experience in the restaurant business, including from Bleck, Ekstedt, Sjögräs and Boqueria.
Fredrik Darnelius has been at Fotografiska since 2018 as chef and thereafter head chef, and has previous experience from the well-known restaurant La Coupole in Paris and six years as head chef at Bistro Jarl.

The chefs will keep the menu a secret until you are seated at the table, but we guarantee that it will be an extraordinary gastronomic experience. Look forward to being surprised!
