Easter Break at Fotografiska
Welcome to an Eggstravagant Easter Break at Fotografiska
It’s Easter break – and at Fotografiska, it’s not just the eggs that are full of surprises... it’s the whole house!
We’ve lined up an eggstravagant week of fun with something for the whole family.
Awkward Family Photo
Ever looked at an old family portrait and thought, what on earth happened here? Mismatched outfits, forced smiles, and a pose that felt so right at the time? Now’s your chance to create a future classic, on purpose.
This Easter break, we're setting up a full-on photo studio at Fotografiska Stockholm, where you and your loved ones can get snapped in a family portrait that’s guaranteed to stir emotions. A professional photographer will capture you in all your... glory. The photo is edited and printed on-site, ready for you to take home your masterpiece.
Included in your ticket – no extra cost!

TOILETPAPER
ToiletFotoPaperGrafiska is not your average art exhibition. It’s more like a dream you’d have after too much Easter candy – bold, bizarre, fun and a little unhinged.
Forget restraint. Here, you’ll dive headfirst into a surreal maze of art installations, videos and photographs – plus one giant pool filled with thousands of fake bananas. Yes, really.
TOILETPAPER co-founder and photographer Pierpaolo Ferrari says the show is packed with hidden Easter eggs in the form of hidden art installations. How many can you find?
Two New Exhibitions Just Opened
Double Feature is like stepping straight into a movie. Glitter, glamour, robots, stars, explosions and a whole lot of Hollywood nostalgia. Artist Marco Brambilla has cut together hundreds of film scenes into gigantic video works that both celebrate and poke fun at fame.
In On Being Family, three Swedish photographers – Ewa Stackelberg, Anna Clarén, and Hannah Modigh – explore what family can mean. A mother, a sister, a friend. Someone who’s gone. Someone you choose. A moving and beautiful tribute to all the ways we belong.

Family-Friendly Dining in the Bistro
Bring the grandkids, the teens – or both – for a cozy lunch in our family-friendly bistro, topped with Stockholm’s best harbor view (and maybe even a chance to spot a seal). There’s something for everyone on our Easter-inspired menu, plus weekend brunches that go above and beyond.
Guided Tours
Join a guided tour of our inspiring exhibitions – a perfect way for the whole family to explore the worlds of photography, art and storytelling.
