Welcome to Smakbordet, a new tasting experience where Fotografiska’s kitchen meets Stockholm Bränneri. Across four evenings in March and April, we invite you to a relaxed and intimate night where four cocktails are paired with four carefully composed dishes, created to complement and elevate each other with every serving.
Together, Fotografiska’s chefs and Stockholm Bränneri’s flavour developers have experimented their way to combinations where flavours interact and play together – sometimes in harmony, sometimes in contrast. The result is a holistic concept where ingredients, craftsmanship and distillates come together to enhance one another.
Each evening, Stockholm Bränneri will be on site to guide you through the cocktails, the distillates and the ideas behind each pairing. You’ll gain insight into the process, the passion and the details that make every combination possible.
With a limited number of seats available each evening, Smakbordet becomes a personal and relaxed experience for anyone looking to explore gastronomy in a new way.
