Four Hands Menu – Michael Andersson & Christophe Buchet
Chef of the Year 2024 and Fotografiska’s Head Chef – A Unique Food Bar Experience
Meet Michael Andersson, winner of Chef of the Year 2024, as he takes over Fotografiska’s food bar on May 24th. He will be joining our creative leader Christophe Buchet for the Four Hands Menu – an evening inspired by the international success format where two world-class chefs meet without predetermined recipes, ingredients, or rules.
During the evening, a tribute to vegetables will be served – a menu of approximately twelve courses where the season’s best ingredients take center stage. The menu is paired with carefully selected matching drinks, offering you the chance to get up close with both the food and the chefs in the kitchen.
With only 18 seats available, this is an evening that will quickly sell out. Book your spot now and be part of one of the spring’s most exclusive culinary experiences.
