Power Parenting with Hale

Welcome to a workout experience for you and your baby, focusing on movement, presence, and shared strength.

A man lies on his back on a yoga mat, holding up a small child. In the background, a large projection screen shows a calm sea, and more people are exercising on mats.

Welcome to Power Parenting! Together with Hale Movement, Fotografiska invites you to a guided movement class for you and your baby. Join a unique training experience where strength, presence and development meet in the same room.

Connection, carrying, and rhythm are woven together in a gently guided sequence based on the baby’s natural movement patterns. The adult performs the exercises while holding, carrying, or staying close to the baby, with the flexibility to pause and adapt as needed throughout the session. The result is an engaging shared practice – physically strengthening, yet grounded in presence, adaptability, and connection.

The sessions are led by Johnny Oduya, founder of Hale and Magnus Bergström licensed naprapath. Drawing on Johnny’s background in elite sport and Hale’s work with breathwork and movement, combined with Magnus' functional training practice – Power Parenting offers a new way to experience strength – not only as physical capacity, but as attention, adaptability and connection.

Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely and bring anything you and your baby usually need for an hour away from home. There is space for strollers close to the room, and changing tables and restrooms are located nearby.

The class is open to parents and carers with babies up to 18 months. No previous experience is required.
