Four Hands Menu – Michael Andersson & Christophe Buchet
Michael Andersson, winner of Chef of the Year 2024, takes over Fotografiska’s food bar on May 24th. He will be joining our creative leader Christophe Buchet for the Four Hands Menu. During the evening, a tribute to vegetables will be served – a menu of approximately twelve courses where the season’s best ingredients take center stage. The menu is paired with carefully selected matching drinks, offering you the chance to get up close with both the food and the chefs in the kitchen.

Fotografiska Stockholm and Planethon are collaborating on a new innovation project called "Hemp & Hope" to challenge traditional notions of "superfood" and highlight hemp as a pioneering example of sustainable food production. In November, guests will be able to explore "SUPER" products from the future at Fotografiska, with tests and tastings of hemp food products.
